Phuket Trip (9/11)

9/11- The first day in Phuket

Ready to take off to Phuket
Our Phuket trip start from here- Batu Gajah's train station

After few hour of journey from Ipoh to LCCT,KL, we had our lunch at McD.

Excited, anxious with the trip
Waiting for the flight at the LCCT, luckily there was no flight delay on that day. :)

Gate 17, passing this gate, Great trip is awaiting me~ ^^

The sunset view when we almost reach Phuket~

Arrived Phuket safely

We get free cab from this Phuket Friendship Tour to our hostel.
We take their package~

We checked-in the hostel that we booked online earlier.

The hostel is cheap and clean. I will recommend this hostel, Sea Blue Hostel. They will clean up the room for us everyday. Towel is provided. They also have facilities such as water heater (for those who want hot shower), fridge, television, dvd player. They also have private bathroom for each room. For me, is really worth it to stay here. Thumbs up!!! :)

The boxing stadium.

One of the famous culture in Thailand is the thai boxing, Muay Thai. The ticket is kinda expensive for us, so we didn't went to watch the tournament. Those who like boxing don't miss this. :)

The night market near the Bansan Market

Variety of dishes can be chosen.

Bbq chicken and pork.

They had marinade the meat, grill it until almost cooked. So they just need to heat up the meat when you wanna buy it.

During the 1st day of the night, we go for Thai Restaurant as we wanna try some of the thai dishes that recommend by bloggers. Is kinda weird that quite hard to find Thai restaurant in the Patong beach area. You can find a lot of western restaurant around Patong. I think is because mostly people who come to Patong are European.

In the end, we manage to find a restaurant, Mr. Good's Seafood for our dinner. The food here is kinda expensive because minimum RM10 / dishes. Even the normal fried rice also will cost U RM10.

Decoration in the restaurant.

We go for 2 people fried rice (Kao Phad) . Rm22

Fried pork meat ball. Rm8

Gai Med Ma Moung (Chicken Cashew Nut) Rm12

I'm ready for my dinner!!!!

The kitchen is in front of the restaurant.

After stomach full with nice dinner, Is time to check around the Patong beach. On that day, the local people started to ready for the Loy Krathong festival (Light festival) which held on 10/11. Around the Patong beach was decorated with colorful lights.

People launched up the sky lantern (Khom Loi) to make merit (Buddhism)

After a long walk at the Patong beach and exploration some of the Patong area, we headed back to our hostel and take a rest, awaiting for the next adventures day. >.<

Day one end, To be continue~
