Custard Egg Pudding


Boring~ Nothing to do these few days.... so I made one custard egg pudding.

Simple but delicious~


Ingredient:

3 table spoon of milk powder dissolve with 3/4 cup of warm water
3 eggs (preferable grade A)
3 table spoon of sweeten milk
2 table spoon of sugar
1 table spoon of custard powder

Easy steps:
1. By using the blender, blend well with milk powder with the warm water and eggs.
2. Add in the sweeten milk, sugar and custard powder into the blender and blend well.
3. Pour into a mold and steam the mixture about 3o mins.
4. After 30 mins, checked the pudding whether it is cook by poke a knife into the pudding. If the knife is clean, your pudding is done.
5. Let it cool down and remove the pudding from the mold.
6. Put into the refrigerator and serve it cool.

* To have the golden color on top of the pudding. put some sugar on top and heat the sugar until it become golden brown.
