11/06/11 Site Visit & Girl's Gathering Day
Had my breakfast at Old Town White Coffee at Ampang Park before going for my site visit.
Site 1. Troika - Foster and Partner (London)
There are 3 tower which link with each other by sky bridge. Each tower only supported by shear wall and ONE column. Amazing structure and design.
Site 2: Chua Tower
Near Troika. Still under construction.
Site 3: Grand Hayatt
Still under construction.
Site 4: Park Seven
Design under seismic condition. High security control and very relaxing environment design. Totally my dream condo~
Site 5: Ampang Hilir
Almost the end of construction.
Site 6: Ahmad Zaki
Effective flat slab design.
After the site visit, went for Girl's Gathering~ Met up with Yie Sue and Elvin (my last time "wall mate") Had a very nice tea break with them before going back home. Unfortunately Mei mei can't make it that time.
