Butter Cookies

Hi, today I would like to share the butter cookies 's recipe~ Is very easy~ Hope U guys enjoy the baking moment~

Ingredient:

- 400gram butter

- 500gram flour

- 200g caster sugar

Steps:

1. Beat the sugar and butter until the batter shows light yellow (slightly white).

2. Combine and mix well the batter with the flour. (Add the flour in few portion, to allow the batter mix well with the flour)

3. For me, I choose the easiest way to shape the cookies. I shape the dough into a small ball shape and slightly press it (look like cylinder shape). Is up to U what shape U want to make. Previous year, I shape it using the flower mold. Is up to Ur creativity. ^^

4. Preheat the oven for 5 mins, then place the cookies in the oven for 15~20mins at 180C. (The time and temperature U may adjust Urself. :) )
